The Installation LEAD ME consists of videoloops and photographs that we made during the research for our project “Systems of Desire: Working”. To complete the installation we added some books that to our minds are relevant for the symposium’s fokus. The Videoloops were presented with Monitors that we put on typical Conference desks, fixed with tapes. The photographs were mounted in golden frames. Since the building is classified as a historical monument, we could only use nails that already existed. The title was printed out on two lettersize sheets and taped at the table linen.

The reason for this installation was also the necessity of a barter deal with the conference organizers: instead of paying the (very high) entrance fee for the conference, contributing the installation was our ticket. Our main interest was to observe the managers and to find out something about the way they see themselves.
